Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Functional Analyst for our ISG team with 5 to 8 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Xstore Point of Sale Oracle Database technologies Java 8 POS Basics Spring Framework and J2EE. A background in Store Operations is a plus. The role is hybrid with day shifts and no travel required. Join us to drive impactful solutions and enhance our retail operations.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements to design effective solutions using Oracle Xstore Point of Sale and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle Database technologies in retail operations.
  • Develop and maintain Java 8 and J2EE applications to support business needs and enhance system performance.
  • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Implement and manage POS Basics to optimize store operations and improve customer experience.
  • Leverage the Spring Framework to build robust and scalable applications that meet business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Xstore Point of Sale and related systems.
  • Document technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and system understanding.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine system functionalities for improved user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all technical implementations.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by enhancing retail operations and delivering impactful solutions that benefit society.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Jenkins Oracle Xstore Point of Sale and Oracle Database technologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java 8 POS Basics Spring Framework and J2EE.
  • Experience in Store Operations is a valuable asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
