Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Analyst (ISG) with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in Oracle Xstore Point of Sale Oracle Database technologies Java 8 POS Basics Spring Framework and J2EE. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of store operations and offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative solutions that enhance our retail systems. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for retail systems.
  • Develop and implement solutions using Oracle Xstore Point of Sale and Oracle Database technologies to optimize store operations.
  • Utilize Jenkins for continuous integration and deployment processes ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.
  • Design and maintain Java 8 and J2EE applications focusing on performance scalability and security.
  • Implement and manage POS Basics to streamline transaction processes and improve customer experience.
  • Leverage the Spring Framework to build robust and maintainable applications that meet business needs.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues minimizing downtime and enhancing system reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Document technical specifications system configurations and user manuals for reference and training purposes.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions that drive business growth.
  • Work in a hybrid model balancing remote work with on-site collaboration to maximize productivity and team synergy.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations to maintain data security and integrity.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Jenkins Oracle Xstore Point of Sale and Oracle Database technologies.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java 8 POS Basics Spring Framework and J2EE.
  • Experience in store operations is a plus enhancing the ability to deliver effective retail solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field of technology.
