Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SFDC Data Service Cloud Field Service Lightning Lightning Integration and Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model during day shifts focusing on delivering impactful solutions in the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems facilitating seamless data flow and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Provide expert solutions in SFDC Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning optimizing customer service processes.
- Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and experience driving user engagement and satisfaction.
- Configure Salesforce settings to align with business needs ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications ensuring robust and error-free performance.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce advancements and apply best practices to enhance system capabilities.
- Document technical specifications and provide training to end-users ensuring smooth adoption of new features.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues promptly minimizing downtime and maintaining system integrity.
- Support the continuous improvement of Salesforce processes contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization.
- Engage in regular code reviews to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering innovative solutions that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Possess strong expertise in SFDC Development and Customization with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Data management and integration ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning optimizing service delivery.
- Have experience with SFDC Lightning components enhancing user interface design and functionality.
- Show capability in SFDC Configuration aligning system settings with business objectives.
- Experience in the Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus providing valuable insights into industry-specific challenges.
