Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team in the Bioinformatics domain. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in SQL .Net Core and Node JS. This role is based in our office and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing bioinformatics applications contributing to advancements in the field.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize bioinformatics applications using SQL .Net Core and Node JS to enhance data processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that meet project requirements.
- Analyze complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that drive decision-making processes.
- Ensure the scalability and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in bioinformatics to integrate cutting-edge technologies.
- Document application development processes and methodologies to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices in coding and software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to promote continuous learning and development within the team.
- Contribute to the companys mission by developing applications that support scientific research and innovation.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong understanding of SQL .Net Core and Node JS with proven experience in application development.
- Demonstrate expertise in the bioinformatics domain with the ability to apply technical skills to solve domain-specific challenges.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex datasets effectively.
- Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating technical concepts clearly.
