Job Summary
Audio Video Engineer - Hyderabad Location - Work from Client office
Responsibilities
Design deploy and support enterprise AV and collaboration infrastructure including conference room systems digital signage and unified communications platforms (e.g. Zoom Rooms MS Teams Rooms large complex collaborative workspaces)
Lead complex AV system integrations and upgrades ensuring seamless interoperability across hardware software and network layers
Serve as technical point of contact for AV/digital workspace incidents driving resolution and minimizing end-user impact
Develop standards runbooks and configuration baselines for AV environments to ensure consistency and scalability across global office locations
Understanding of workplace technologies to enhance the hybrid work experience and align with end user services strategy
