Responsibilities : -Design and manage scalable geospatial solutions on Azure that integrate mapping data services with core enterprise platforms to support advanced spatial analysis for business teams across the organization. -Coordinate with product owners and domain experts to translate complex geospatial and workforce requirements into technical designs that align with cloud security standards and enterprise architecture principles. -Oversee the ingestion transformation and storage of spatial and nonspatial data sets within Azure data services to ensure reliable performance high availability and cost efficient use of cloud resources. -Implement and monitor cloud security controls for geospatial workloads covering identity management network segmentation data protection and compliance policies to safeguard sensitive location and workforce information. -Develop and manage secure APIs that expose geospatial services and Workday related data in a controlled manner enabling integration with internal applications Microsoft Copilot Studio experiences and external partner systems. -Collaborate with AI and analytics teams to design solutions that combine geospatial data with artificial intelligence models supporting use cases such as workforce planning site optimization and operational risk analysis. -Guide developers using Java and Spring Boot to build robust microservices that connect mapping platforms Workday systems and downstream applications while maintaining consistent data quality and performance. -Coordinate network configuration for hybrid connectivity between on premises environments Azure services and third party geospatial platforms ensuring low latency access and secure data exchange. -Work with Workday technology specialists to integrate Workday Extend and Workday Studio components with geospatial and analytics services enabling advanced visualizations and insights about workforce distribution and organizational structures. -Configure and refine Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions that leverage geospatial context and secure APIs to provide conversational experiences supporting employees and managers with location aware insights. -Establish operational procedures for monitoring incident management and capacity planning for geospatial and Workday integrated services to ensure consistent availability during day shifts in a hybrid work model. -Document solution architectures integration patterns data flows and operational runbooks so that support teams and partner groups can maintain and evolve geospatial platforms efficiently. -Engage with stakeholders to communicate project progress capture feedback on geospatial capabilities and prioritize enhancements that deliver measurable value to the organization and wider communities. -Drive adoption of privacy aware geospatial analytics practices that respect regulatory requirements and promote responsible use of location data when designing new services and reports. -Optimize costs associated with Azure geospatial and integration services by continuously reviewing resource consumption licensing and architectural choices to balance performance and budget goals. -Qualifications -Apply extensive experience in Azure cloud services and networking to architect secure hybrid geospatial solutions that integrate platform as a service and infrastructure as a service components effectively. -Utilize advanced knowledge of cloud security concepts such as encryption identity governance and network isolation to protect geospatial and Workday related data across all environments. -Draw on strong Java and Spring Boot development background to review designs and code for microservices that support geospatial processing workflow automation and enterprise integration. -Employ practical experience with APIs and integration patterns including REST based services to connect geospatial platforms Workday Extend Workday Studio and analytics tools in a reliable manner. -Leverage understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts to collaborate with data science teams on models that incorporate spatial features and deliver actionable insights. -Use hands on expertise with Workday technology including Workday Extend and Workday Studio to support configuration custom solutions and secure data exchange with external systems. -Apply familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio to design experiences that consume geospatial and workforce data through secure APIs delivering intuitive conversational access to insights. -Draw on a professional background of 10 to 14 years in relevant technology roles including significant exposure to cloud based architectures integration design and enterprise scale solution delivery. 9.
