Job Summary
The Sr Developer role focuses on designing configuring and optimizing Adobe Workfront and Adobe Workfront Fusion solutions for enterprise scale programs in a hybrid work environment. The candidate will translate complex industry essential requirements into efficient workflows automations and integrations that enhance project visibility delivery predictability and measurable value for clients and society.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable Adobe Workfront solutions that transform complex business demands into clear workflows and artifacts that improve project visibility and delivery efficiency
- Configure Adobe Workfront objects including projects tasks issues forms and portfolios to align with industry essential processes and enterprise governance standards
- Develop robust Adobe Workfront Fusion scenarios that automate cross application processes reduce manual effort and improve data consistency for stakeholders
- Optimize existing Workfront Fusion integrations by refining field mappings filters and error handling to improve resilience and reduce processing delays across systems
- Analyze project management data within Adobe Workfront to identify bottlenecks risks and trends and translate these insights into actionable improvement recommendations
- Collaborate with project managers business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and convert them into detailed Workfront and Fusion implementation designs
- Create detailed documentation for configurations workflows fusion scenarios and operational runbooks to support ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for Workfront and Fusion changes including scenario validation regression checks and user acceptance support
- Provide guidance and coaching to users on Workfront capabilities including dashboards reports requests and approvals to increase adoption and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot complex issues in Workfront and Fusion environments by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable fixes that prevent recurrence
- Implement security and access strategies within Adobe Workfront that align with organizational policies while enabling efficient collaboration across teams
- Coordinate with enterprise architecture and integration teams to ensure Workfront and Fusion implementations follow organizational integration patterns and data management practices
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring solution performance gathering feedback and delivering incremental enhancements that contribute to business and societal outcomes
Qualifications
- Possess between six and ten years of experience in enterprise software development or configuration with a primary focus on Adobe Workfront implementations
- Demonstrate advanced hands on expertise in Adobe Workfront including custom forms portfolios programs resource planning reporting and dashboards
- Show proven experience building and maintaining Adobe Workfront Fusion integrations connecting Workfront with other enterprise platforms such as communication finance and work management tools
- Apply strong project management understanding using Adobe Workfront Project Mngr capabilities to manage timelines risks dependencies and stakeholder expectations
- Exhibit solid knowledge of industry essentials with the ability to interpret domain specific requirements and translate them into Workfront configurations and automation patterns
- Display proficiency in analyzing operational metrics within Workfront environments and converting these findings into practical configuration or process improvements
- Utilize strong problem solving skills and a structured troubleshooting approach to resolve configuration integration and data quality issues across Workfront and Fusion
- Communicate clearly with technical and nontechnical partners through concise documentation walkthroughs and demonstrations that encourage adoption and alignment
- Adopt hybrid work practices by collaborating effectively in onsite and remote settings leveraging digital tools to maintain productivity communication and accountability
- Align development and configuration activities with organizational values by focusing on solutions that improve efficiency reduce waste and create positive outcomes for customers and communities
