Job Summary

Contribute to a global digital marketing team as a specialist focused on multilingual campaigns in English and Italian for high technology products and services. Plan execute and optimize digital programs across online channels in a hybrid work model collaborating with cross functional teams to enhance brand visibility generate qualified leads and support sustainable business growth with measurable impact.


Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns for high technology products that drive awareness and qualified demand across priority markets using both Italian and English language assets.
  • Optimize campaign performance by analyzing channel metrics and user behavior data then refining content targeting and budget allocations to achieve defined conversion and engagement goals.
  • Coordinate with product marketing sales and design teams to create clear accurate and culturally adapted content in Italian and English that highlights technical capabilities and customer benefits.
  • Manage day to day operations of digital channels such as websites blogs email and social platforms ensuring timely publication of high quality assets aligned to brand and compliance guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain campaign calendars ensuring that all digital initiatives for high technology offerings are delivered on schedule and are aligned to market events and product launches.
  • Monitor search and social trends in the high technology sector and propose data based recommendations that help the organization reach new audiences and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Produce regular campaign and channel performance reports translate findings into practical insights and share clear recommendations with stakeholders to guide future digital investments.
  • Collaborate with regional colleagues to ensure that Italian and English digital experiences are consistent accessible and tailored to the expectations of local customer segments in a hybrid work environment.
  • Support the creation and refinement of customer journeys and nurture flows that move prospects from initial awareness to evaluation and purchase while maintaining a positive digital experience.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or internal creative teams when required to brief review and refine digital marketing deliverables that support high technology solution storytelling.
  • Ensure that all digital marketing activities comply with organizational standards for privacy consent accessibility and ethical communication across all supported markets.
  • Respond to stakeholder requests in a structured and timely manner prioritizing tasks based on business impact and ensuring that campaign dependencies are clearly understood by all participants.
  • Document key processes campaign learnings and best practices so that digital marketing efforts can be scaled efficiently across products geographies and future initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proven experience of at least two years in digital marketing roles where responsibility included planning executing and optimizing campaigns across multiple online channels.
  • Exhibit strong written and spoken communication skills in both Italian and English enabling accurate translation localization and adaptation of technical marketing messages for diverse audiences.
  • Show applied familiarity with the high technology sector through prior work on campaigns for software hardware or digital platforms with the ability to understand and express complex value propositions in simple terms.
  • Apply hands on experience with mainstream digital marketing tools such as email platforms content management systems social media managers or basic analytics solutions to monitor and improve results.
  • Display solid skills in interpreting metrics such as click through rates conversion rates and funnel performance then turning those findings into clear recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Operate effectively in a hybrid work setting by using collaboration tools organizing tasks and maintaining clear communication with globally distributed teams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain a structured and detail focused working style that ensures accuracy in multilingual content correct tagging in analytics tools and timely delivery of all campaign components.
