Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a SPE-Ins Claims specialist where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and domain knowledge to enhance our claims processing operations. With a focus on Insurance claims you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate claims handling.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and process insurance claims with precision to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation for claims assessment.
  • Utilize domain expertise to identify potential discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Implement best practices in claims management to optimize workflow efficiency and accuracy.
  • Monitor claims progress and update stakeholders on status and any required actions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to validate claims and prevent fraudulent activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of claims transactions and communications for audit purposes.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve claims processing and customer service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance claims operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all claims activities.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and domain knowledge particularly in insurance claims processing.
  • Possess strong analytical skills to assess claims and identify discrepancies effectively.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally.
  • Show adaptability to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model for optimal performance.
  • Have familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have skill.
  • Display commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry developments.
