Join our dynamic team as a SPE-Ins Claims specialist where you will leverage your expertise in customer service and domain knowledge to enhance our claims processing operations. With a focus on Insurance claims you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and accurate claims handling.
Responsibilities

- Maintain comprehensive records of claims transactions and communications for audit purposes.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve claims processing and customer service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance claims operations.

Qualifications
- Demonstrate proficiency in customer service and domain knowledge particularly in insurance claims processing.
- Possess strong analytical skills to assess claims and identify discrepancies effectively.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders professionally.
- Show adaptability to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model for optimal performance.
- Have familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance as a nice-to-have skill.
- Display commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry developments.
