Sr ServiceNow Delivery Manager
About the role
As a Sr ServiceNow Delivery Manager, you will make an impact by leading large-scale ServiceNow transformation programs and helping clients achieve strategic business outcomes through technology modernization and operational excellence. You will be a valued member of the consulting and delivery leadership team, working collaboratively with clients, solution architects, delivery teams, and account leaders to ensure successful program execution and long-term client success.
In this role, you will:
- Lead complex ServiceNow programs and transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and serve as the primary escalation point for client engagements.
- Define transformation roadmaps, business outcomes, governance structures, and delivery strategies that align with client objectives.
- Partner with sales, pre-sales, and account teams to identify growth opportunities, support business development efforts, and expand strategic client relationships.
- Mentor consultants and delivery teams while driving continuous improvement in ServiceNow implementation methodologies, governance practices, and delivery excellence.
Work model
We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this position may be remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on client and project needs. In Bogota, Colombia.
What you need to have to be considered
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, technology services, program management, or enterprise transformation leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ServiceNow implementations, digital transformation programs, or enterprise technology initiatives.
- Strong experience managing executive stakeholders, client relationships, and complex multi-workstream engagements.
- Demonstrated success managing program financials, forecasts, budgets, statements of work, and change requests.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional project delivery methodologies.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, architects, business stakeholders, and technical delivery resources.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
These will help you stand out
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more platform modules.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
- PMP, PgMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or other Agile certifications.
- Experience leading ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, or SPM implementations.
- Experience in consulting-led digital transformation programs within global enterprise environments.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project, Visio, Jira, and enterprise portfolio management tools.
