About the role
As a Palantir Foundry Sr. Developer, you will make an impact by designing and delivering modern data and analytics solutions that enable business users to make informed, data-driven decisions. You will be a valued member of the Data & Analytics team and work collaboratively with business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and cross-functional teams to develop scalable data platforms and analytics capabilities using Palantir Foundry.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise data platforms using Palantir Foundry.
- Develop and optimize data pipelines, ontologies, and workflows to support analytics, reporting, and operational business use cases.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Drive architecture decisions, integration strategies, and performance optimization initiatives across the data platform ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and promote best practices in data engineering, deployment, and governance.

What you need to have to be considered
- Strong experience designing and implementing data solutions using Palantir Foundry.
- Hands-on experience building and optimizing data pipelines, ontologies, and data workflows.
- Strong SQL and data modeling expertise.
- Experience developing enterprise analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Experience with data integration, data governance, and data quality best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
These will help you stand out
- Experience leading end-to-end data platform modernization initiatives.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, integration patterns, and large-scale data ecosystems.
- Experience supporting operational analytics and business intelligence programs.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading distributed delivery teams.
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI, or machine learning-driven data products.

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until August 10, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $130,500 - $155,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
