Job Summary
This role focuses on delivering high quality digital content services through rigorous content review advanced use of MS Excel and practical application of generative AI and prompt engineering to improve accuracy efficiency and user experience across hybrid teams in a dynamic multinational environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed content review across multiple digital channels to ensure accuracy compliance and consistency with internal quality guidelines and client expectations
- Apply advanced MS Excel skills to structure clean analyze and report content related data that supports decision making and continuous improvement for digital content operations
- Use generative AI tools in a controlled and responsible manner to create refine and enhance digital content while following defined quality privacy and ethical guidelines
- Design refine and document prompts that optimize generative AI outputs for clarity factual accuracy brand alignment and operational efficiency across recurring content scenarios
- Conduct side by side comparisons of human created and AI assisted content to identify gaps recommend improvements and drive higher quality outcomes for end users
- Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders in the hybrid work model to clarify content requirements align on standards and resolve issues impacting digital content delivery
- Monitor content performance metrics prepare structured Excel based dashboards and summarize insights that highlight trends risks and opportunities for optimization
- Implement standardized content review checklists to reduce errors improve turnaround time and promote consistent reviewer behavior across different projects and markets
- Document review outcomes rationales and recurring issues in a clear and concise manner to support audit readiness process transparency and knowledge sharing within the team
- Support the creation and maintenance of prompt libraries that capture best practices tested prompt patterns and lessons learned from previous generative AI use cases
- Identify process bottlenecks in digital content workflows and propose focused improvements that enhance efficiency reduce rework and strengthen overall content quality
- Assist in training and upskilling team members on practical usage of MS Excel generative AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to improve day to day productivity
- Contribute to a culture of responsible AI by escalating questionable content reinforcing ethical guidelines and promoting safe usage patterns that protect users and society
- Participate in internal projects that explore new generative AI capabilities evaluate pilot outcomes and recommend structured next steps for broader adoption
- Align daily tasks with the company purpose by ensuring that reviewed content remains inclusive accessible and helpful for diverse audiences in different regions
- Adapt to changing content policies platform guidelines and AI tool updates by quickly learning new instructions and applying them consistently across assigned tasks
- Support incident resolution activities by reviewing impacted content sets identifying root causes and suggesting corrective measures that prevent future issues
- Coordinate effectively in hybrid meetings using digital collaboration tools to track action items share progress and maintain transparent communication with peers and managers
- Prepare concise status reports in MS Excel or equivalent tools that summarize workload quality indicators and key risks for ongoing digital content projects
- Engage in continuous learning on emerging generative AI trends content safety frameworks and productivity techniques that can be applied to enhance service delivery
Qualifications
- Possess between two and four years of experience in digital content services or related content operations with proven exposure to content review and quality assurance activities
- Demonstrate strong hands on proficiency in MS Excel including formulas filters pivot style analysis and data cleanup methods relevant to content and operations reporting
- Show practical experience using generative AI tools to support content creation transformation or summarization while following structured review and approval workflows
- Display solid prompt engineering skills including the ability to design test and refine prompts that yield predictable and high quality outputs for repetitive content tasks
- Bring domain exposure in digital media content platforms or content operations where accuracy policy adherence and user safety are critical success factors
- Offer good to have understanding of analytics driven content optimization or content moderation practices that support safer and more relevant digital experiences
- Work comfortably in a hybrid model by balancing onsite collaboration and remote productivity using virtual communication and project tracking tools
- Operate primarily in a day shift schedule which supports close coordination with business stakeholders and enables timely response to content related requests
- Require no business travel which allows sustained focus on digital content operations and continuous improvement initiatives from the primary work location
- Communicate effectively in English both written and verbal to docum
Certifications Required
Certification in generative AI or prompt engineering or an advanced MS Excel certification from a recognized training provider
