Job Summary

Sr Business Analyst role in an MNC for a work from office position focusing on Advent Geneva based solutions within Infinity SME Banking Tech R20 across cloud native platforms using AWS and Azure core services for secure scalable delivery. The role requires four to eight years of experience with strong skills in Python Core Java LDAP Jenkins Git Ansible Terraform Tanzu K8s Kubernetes AWS Serverless App Repository and Advent Geneva.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit clarify and prioritize complex business requirements for Advent Geneva based banking solutions ensuring clear traceability to measurable outcomes
  • Translate Advent Geneva functional requirements into detailed user stories process flows and acceptance criteria that guide technical implementation teams for consistent delivery
  • Analyze current Infinity SME Banking Tech R20 workflows and data models to identify optimization opportunities and propose enhancements that improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction
  • Coordinate with engineering teams using Python and Core Java to validate feasibility of proposed changes and ensure that solutions align with platform architecture constraints and long term scalability goals
  • Partner with platform engineers managing Kubernetes Tanzu K8s and cloud environments to define non functional requirements such as resiliency stability and performance benchmarks for critical banking services
  • Work closely with DevOps practitioners to design and refine continuous integration and delivery pipelines leveraging Jenkins Git Ansible Terraform and AWS Serverless App Repository for repeatable deployments
  • Document detailed functional specifications including data mappings and interface requirements for integrations between Advent Geneva and upstream or downstream banking platforms supporting error free data flows
  • Conduct impact analysis for new features and regulatory changes within the Advent Geneva landscape to anticipate downstream effects and propose mitigation strategies for business and technology partners
  • Perform user acceptance testing planning and coordination by designing test conditions and scenarios that reflect real banking operations and validating that Advent Geneva solutions meet expected outcomes
  • Support production readiness by preparing operational runbooks and risk assessments that help service teams manage Advent Geneva releases in a controlled and compliant manner within day shift schedules
  • Engage with information security and directory services specialists to define authentication and authorization models using LDAP and related identity patterns that safeguard sensitive banking data
  • Prepare concise status reports dashboards and documentation for senior stakeholders that summarize progress risks and dependencies across Advent Geneva initiatives without relying on jargon or ambiguous terminology
  • Advocate for customer centric design by gathering feedback from business users on Advent Geneva features and translating insights into backlog improvements that elevate client experiences in SME banking


Qualifications

  • Combine four to eight years of experience as a business analyst in financial services with substantial hands on exposure to Advent Geneva implementations for portfolio accounting and reporting
  • Demonstrate practical experience working with Infinity SME Banking Tech R20 or similar digital banking platforms with a focus on transaction processing client onboarding and portfolio servicing capabilities
  • Apply working knowledge of Python and Core Java environments to understand data transformations interfaces and automation scripts enabling productive collaboration with software engineering teams
  • Utilize experience with DevOps tooling including Jenkins Git Ansible and Terraform to define requirements for automated builds deployments and configuration management that support stable releases
  • Leverage familiarity with Kubernetes Tanzu K8s and AWS Serverless App Repository to describe deployment patterns system dependencies and observability needs for resilient cloud native banking services
  • Exhibit applied understanding of AWS and Azure fundamentals such as compute storage networking databases and monitoring to translate business requirements into cloud aware solution options
  • Display strong analytical and problem solving skills by decomposing complex financial workflows into manageable components while maintaining a clear view of end to end value delivery
  • Demonstrate proficiency in drafting business requirement documents user stories and process diagrams that can be easily understood by both business participants and technical contributors
  • Show capability in organizing and facilitating requirement workshops walkthroughs and backlog refinement sessions that keep cross functional teams aligned and focused on shared outcomes
  • Exhibit attention to detail and data quality awareness by defining validation rules reconciliation checks and exception handling scenarios that protect financial integrity in Advent Geneva platforms
  • Maintain excellent communication and stakeholder management skills by interacting respectfully with diverse teams in a work from office environment while accommodating collaborative decision making
  • Display adaptability and continuous learning mindset by staying current on evolving Advent Geneva features regulatory expectations and cloud practices that influence modern banking technology strategies


Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Azure Fundamentals and any Advent Geneva or financial services analysis certification
