1. Job Title : Sr. Developer 2. Job Summary : Sr Developer role in a global organization focusing on PEGA solutions that enable intelligent decisioning and scalable process automation. The role requires deep hands on expertise in PEGA Frameworks Pega Platform and PEGA Decision Hub to design build and optimize enterprise grade applications. Exposure to Asset and Wealth Management domain will help align technology outcomes with business value in a hybrid work model. 3. Experience : 6 - 12 years 4. Responsibilities : -Design end to end PEGA applications that use Pega Platform and PEGA Frameworks to deliver robust business workflows and decisioning capabilities for complex enterprise processes -Develop scalable components and reusable rules using PEGA Platform and PEGA Decision Hub that improve maintainability and accelerate future solution enhancements -Configure and optimize decision strategies in PEGA Decision Hub that support real time recommendations and improve business outcomes for customer centric journeys -Implement integration solutions that connect Pega Platform applications with internal and external systems in a secure and reliable manner to support seamless data exchange -Analyze existing PEGA implementations to identify performance bottlenecks and apply tuning techniques that improve response time stability and throughput -Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into detailed PEGA design specifications that balance functionality quality and delivery timelines -Guide peers on PEGA best practices through code reviews and technical discussions that improve code quality reduce defects and support consistent implementation standards -Create detailed technical documentation on solution design configuration and deployment that supports sustainable operations and efficient onboarding of future team members -Support defect triage and root cause analysis during system and user testing cycles that ensure reliable releases and high confidence in production deployments -Coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams to plan deployments and monitor PEGA Platform environments that maintain availability and adherence to service expectations -Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by proposing enhancements in PEGA usage development processes and automation that increase productivity and business value -Engage with stakeholders to explain solution behavior and potential impacts on customers and advisors in Asset and Wealth Management contexts when applicable -Stay current with new PEGA features and industry trends and apply relevant advancements that strengthen the company digital capabilities and positive impact on society -Qualifications -Possess extensive hands on experience of ten to twelve years working with Pega Platform and PEGA Frameworks delivering complex enterprise applications for large organizations -Demonstrate strong expertise in PEGA Decision Hub including design of decision strategies predictive models and next best action solutions that drive measurable business results -Show solid understanding of Asset and Wealth Management concepts such as portfolios client onboarding advisory processes and compliance allowing better alignment with domain needs -Apply advanced skills in performance optimization monitoring and troubleshooting within PEGA environments ensuring stable systems suitable for hybrid working patterns and day shifts -Bring experience in requirement analysis solution design and configuration management that enables precise translation of business needs into high quality PEGA implementations -Exhibit proficiency in integration patterns and security practices relevant to PEGA applications ensuring safe reliable communication across enterprise technology ecosystems -Display familiarity with agile delivery practices including iterative development testing and deployment that support predictable progress and high stakeholder satisfaction 9.
