We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end release activities, coordinating deployment schedules, and ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment across projects. You will act as a key bridge between development, testing, and business stakeholders, overseeing release governance, System Integration Testing (SIT) execution, fallback testing, and deployment tracking to ensure smooth execution in both lower and production environments.
In this role, you will
- Execute and oversee System Integration Testing (SIT) activities to validate interface interactions, data flows, and system dependencies across complex application bundles.
- Coordinate test environment readiness, manage test data provisioning, and ensure configurations mirror production-like integration setups.
- Perform rigorous system integration testing across interconnected applications, microservices, databases, and third-party APIs to verify data integrity and smooth communication flow.
- Identify, isolate, log, and track software defects through to resolution using defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA), collaborating directly with development teams for rapid troubleshooting.
- Conduct weekly release status meetings with cross-functional teams to review progress and risks, monitor release milestones, and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
- Analyze functional requirements, system specifications, and integration architecture to design comprehensive SIT test plans, scenarios, and test cases.
- Coordinate implementation activities and log any release-related incidents or issues during Go-Live.
- Participate in daily Agile ceremonies, review peer test cases, and provide clear execution metrics, status updates, and test coverage reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on software quality assurance experience with a strong focus on System Integration Testing (SIT) and complex enterprise applications.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end software release cycles, change records (CRs), and deployment coordination.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with Dev Leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to resolve cross-impacts and conflicts.
- Strong proficiency in maintaining and organizing project documentation, test schedules, and release milestones using tools like Confluence.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience facilitating weekly status meetings and managing stakeholder expectations.
Preferred Skills
- Experience driving efficiency gains and conducting post-implementation reviews or surveys.
- Familiarity with change management frameworks and enterprise release deployment processes.
