Job Summary
This role focuses on maintaining high quality product information and master data to support accurate order management and trading operations in a hybrid work model and night shift environment ensuring data integrity compliance and seamless collaboration across supply chain and business teams while enabling efficient decision making and reliable customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Manage end to end product information and master data activities to ensure complete accurate and timely data is available for order management and trading processes across all relevant systems and business functions.Maintain and update core master data elements such as product attributes pricing inputs customer and supplier records and reference data to support smooth order capture validation and execution.Coordinate closely with order management teams to analyze data issues identify root causes related to product or customer records and implement sustainable corrections that reduce order fallout and rework.Support trading operations by validating master data required for deal setup transaction booking and downstream settlements so that trades flow through systems without exceptions.Monitor data quality metrics and error reports during the night shift to promptly address defects in product or trading master data and minimize impact on global business operations.Execute standardized data governance procedures and approval workflows for new product creation customer onboarding and data changes to maintain compliance with internal policies and industry regulations.Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to align product and location master data with inventory logistics and fulfillment requirements ensuring that orders can be planned and delivered efficiently.Document master data processes business rules and data standards in a clear manner to support consistent execution across hybrid work arrangements and to enable smooth onboarding of new team members.Perform regular data reconciliation between source and downstream systems to detect mismatches in order related records and implement corrective updates that strengthen data reliability.Use analytical tools and queries to generate insights on recurring master data issues in order management and trading activities and recommend targeted improvements that enhance overall process performance.Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing data based feedback on how master data enhancements can reduce cycle times improve customer satisfaction and reinforce the company mission of responsible and efficient commerce.Engage with cross functional teams to prioritize master data requests and ensure that changes are implemented in controlled batches during the night shift to protect system stability and business continuity.Adhere to all security and confidentiality guidelines while handling sensitive order and trading data so that company reputation and trust among stakeholders are consistently safeguarded.
Qualifications
Display strong practical experience in order management systems and workflows with the ability to translate business requirements into precise master data configurations that support accurate order processing.Demonstrate hands on exposure to trading related data or transaction support where understanding of trades counterparties and associated reference data contributes to smooth operational execution.Bring working knowledge of supply chain management concepts including inventory visibility logistics parameters and fulfillment constraints so that product and location master data is structured to enable efficient planning.Apply sound analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets or similar tools to validate large data sets perform reconciliations and prepare actionable reports for business and operations stakeholders.Show familiarity with master data management principles such as data ownership quality rules and stewardship responsibilities enabling disciplined handling of product and customer records.Communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms with diverse global teams during hybrid collaboration and night shift handovers ensuring that data requirements and issues are understood and resolved effectively.Demonstrate adaptability to structured processes and enterprise applications used for order management and trading operations with a willingness to learn new tools and continuously refine data related practices.
