Job Summary

Sr Software Engineer B3 will design develop and maintain enterprise grade applications using Net technologies and React Js ensuring scalable architecture and high code quality for hybrid day shift delivery in a global environment while partnering with cross functional teams to enhance governance risk and compliance related solutions that support organizational resilience and customer trust.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust server side components using Net and Net Framework to deliver highly reliable and scalable business applications that meet complex enterprise requirements.
  • Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using React Js that provide inclusive digital experiences focused on usability performance and accessibility for a diverse user base.
  • Optimize application performance across the full stack by profiling code refactoring critical paths and applying caching and concurrency strategies aligned with best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners business analysts and quality engineers to translate functional and nonfunctional requirements into technical designs that reduce delivery risk.
  • Ensure code quality through comprehensive unit testing integration testing and peer code reviews while maintaining clear documentation that supports long term maintainability.
  • Integrate applications with secure APIs and services while following organization specific compliance controls to safeguard data integrity and minimize operational risk.
  • Apply secure coding practices across Net and React Js components to address vulnerabilities early in the development lifecycle and support governance and risk objectives.
  • Contribute to planning and estimation activities by providing realistic effort assessments and technical insights that help teams meet delivery commitments for hybrid work schedules.
  • Support production deployments and incident analysis during day shifts by troubleshooting defects identifying root causes and implementing durable fixes that stabilize platforms.
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance build and deployment pipelines for Net and React Js solutions thereby increasing release reliability and reducing downtime.
  • Document system architecture integration contracts and data flows in clear technical language to facilitate efficient onboarding and knowledge transfer across distributed teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in governance risk and compliance domains when applicable to embed regulatory and control requirements into technical solutions that support responsible business operations.
  • Communicate clearly in English through written specifications and verbal discussions to align global teams on priorities design decisions and delivery expectations.


Qualifications

  • Demonstrate deep hands on expertise in Net and Net Framework including object oriented design patterns asynchronous programming and enterprise integration to build resilient services.
  • Show strong proficiency in React Js and modern front end practices such as component based architecture state management and responsive design to deliver engaging user experiences.
  • Apply solid understanding of software engineering principles including clean code modular design testing strategies and version control to maintain high quality solutions over time.
  • Utilize experience working in hybrid environments and day shift schedules to collaborate effectively with onsite and remote peers while maintaining predictable delivery cadence.
  • Leverage knowledge of governance risk and compliance concepts when available to align application features with control requirements and reporting needs that support organizational compliance.
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving abilities and debugging skills across complex distributed systems to quickly identify issues and implement effective corrective actions.
  • Use clear English communication skills in reading writing and speaking to participate in design reviews share status updates and provide technical guidance to peers and partners.


Certifications Required

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Azure Developer Associate or equivalent Net focused credential relevant to enterprise application development.
