Job Summary

Serve as a senior developer specializing in Coveo Search designing and enhancing intelligent search solutions that improve user experience for global clients in a hybrid work model. Apply strong engineering practices collaborate with research focused teams and deliver scalable secure and reliable systems that advance innovation and create measurable value for society.


Responsibilities

  • Design and implement advanced Coveo Search based solutions that deliver fast accurate and context aware results for enterprise applications and digital platforms
  • Develop robust integration components that connect Coveo Search with web portals content management systems and data repositories used across the organization
  • Optimize search relevance by configuring indexing strategies query pipelines ranking expressions and facets that reflect real user intent and business goals
  • Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate complex search and discovery requirements into clear technical designs and implementation plans
  • Create and maintain clean modular and testable code following secure coding practices version control standards and peer review processes aligned with MNC guidelines
  • Troubleshoot complex production incidents related to search performance data indexing and query execution and implement durable corrective actions that prevent recurrence
  • Enhance system observability by configuring metrics logging and dashboards that provide transparent insight into search performance usage patterns and error trends
  • Work closely with user experience and research teams to validate search behavior collect feedback and iteratively refine search configuration to maximize user satisfaction
  • Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud operations teams to ensure that Coveo Search environments are scalable resilient and compliant with enterprise security controls
  • Document solution architecture configuration decisions deployment procedures and support runbooks so that knowledge is easily shared across global development teams
  • Mentor junior team members on Coveo Search concepts coding standards and debugging techniques supporting the growth of a high performing and collaborative engineering culture
  • Participate in sprint planning estimation and review ceremonies providing realistic technical assessments and delivering features that align with business priorities and timelines
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by evaluating new features in Coveo Search identifying opportunities to innovate and proposing enhancements that increase business impact


Qualifications

  • Bring extensive hands on experience in designing configuring and maintaining Coveo Search based solutions for complex enterprise environments
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language and associated frameworks commonly used to integrate with Coveo Search and web applications
  • Apply solid understanding of data modeling indexing strategies and relevance tuning techniques that are essential for high quality search and discovery experiences
  • Show experience collaborating with research and development teams or innovation focused programs translating experimental ideas into production ready search capabilities
  • Exhibit familiarity with agile delivery practices test automation code review processes and continuous integration pipelines that ensure high quality software delivery
  • Display strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills that support effective collaboration with cross functional teams in a hybrid working model
  • Maintain a learning mindset and stay current with search technologies analytics techniques and emerging trends that can further enhance the organizations digital products


Certifications Required

Coveo Platform certification or equivalent recognized enterprise search certification is preferred for this role
