About the role
As a FHIR Integration Engineer, you will make an impact by designing, maintaining, and validating healthcare interoperability solutions leveraging HL7 and FHIR standards. You will be a valued member of the healthcare technology team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to support interoperability and analytics modernization initiatives.
In this role, you will:
· Focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery.
· Lead efforts in driving the program implementation and ensuring that all roadblocks are tracked and removed for smooth program management.
· Lead, develop and engage in the next line for enhanced productivity on the job
· Provide focus and direction to the delivery program for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
· Have deep experience and skills collaborating effectively with multiple groups and stakeholders

What you need to have to be considered
• Strong Healthcare domain knowledge and understanding of AWS native services and tools
• Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills
• Experience in Agile and providing work direction experience
• Work effectively with ambiguity and evolving priorities
• Expertise in planning and monitoring of products in Scrum, Kanban
• Customer focus with ability to lead and communicate effectively with business (non-IT) and technical stakeholders
• Advanced problem-solving and analysis capabilities

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until September 7, 2026.
The annual salary for this position is between $88,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
