Role: Mobility Program Manager – DAS Installation

Job Description:
· Lead the planning, delivery, and operational transition of Distributed Antenna System (DAS) installations across enterprise office locations.
· Manage end-to-end mobility infrastructure programmes, including scope definition, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor coordination.
· Partner with Vendors, Carriers, facilities/WPS teams, sourcing, legal, network engineering, and workplace teams to deliver indoor cellular coverage improvements with minimal business disruption.
· Coordinate site readiness activities, including design reviews, cabling, electrical work, permitting, inspections, access planning, and implementation scheduling.
· Own programme governance, including weekly status reporting, executive updates, RAID logs, decision tracking, escalation management, and dependency coordination.
· Drive carrier and vendor accountability for implementation timelines, technical deliverables, testing, acceptance criteria, and post-installation support.
· Manage contractual and commercial dependencies, including amendments, co-location requirements, landlord constraints, carrier commitments, and change-of-scope impacts.
· Oversee DAS testing, service validation, operational handover, knowledge transfer, incident routing, and transition to steady-state support.
· Ensure clear communications to business stakeholders regarding installation timelines, expected impact, coverage improvements, risks, and programme outcomes.
Job Requirements
· 3+ years of experience managing enterprise mobility, telecom, infrastructure, workplace technology, or carrier delivery programmes.
· Proven experience delivering DAS, indoor cellular coverage, wireless infrastructure, carrier connectivity, or telecom deployment projects in corporate environments.
· Strong programme management skills, including planning, dependency management, financial tracking, risk mitigation, executive reporting, and cross-functional governance.
· Experience working with mobile carriers, DAS providers, network teams, facilities/WPS teams, landlords, sourcing, legal, and third-party implementation partners.
· Solid understanding of DAS delivery lifecycle activities, including site surveys, RF design, infrastructure readiness, cabling, electrical work, permitting, installation, testing, and acceptance.
· Ability to manage complex dependencies such as landlord approvals, carrier co-location, city permits, weekend work windows, building access, inspections, and scope changes.
· Strong vendor management capability, with experience holding partners accountable for milestones, deliverables, issue resolution, and operational handover.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create executive-ready status updates, decision documents, RAID logs, and stakeholder communications.
· Experience managing change impact and communications for office-based technology deployments that affect employee connectivity and workplace experience.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify blockers, escalate risks, and drive decisions across technical and business stakeholders.
· Familiarity with corporate mobility services, eSIM/voice/data line programmes, carrier contracts, mobile device operations, and telecom expense/vendor management is preferred.
· PMP, PgMP, Agile, ITIL, or equivalent programme/project management certification is preferred.
· Experience with ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Power BI, or similar tools for tracking delivery status, risks, milestones, and operational readiness is preferred.
