Job Summary

Join a global technology organization as a Salesforce Agentforce Developer working in a hybrid day shift model with no travel requirement. You will design configure and enhance scalable Agentforce solutions that optimize customer service operations streamline case handling workflows and improve agent productivity while aligning to enterprise standards and contributing to impactful digital experiences for clients and communities.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Agentforce configurations that optimize case management flows and enable efficient handling of high volume customer interactions while adhering to enterprise architecture guidelines
• Develop and customize Agentforce components to streamline agent workspaces and ensure intuitive user experiences that reduce handling time and improve service outcomes for customers
• Build robust integrations between Agentforce and internal business systems using secure patterns that improve data consistency and provide agents with unified and reliable information for decision making
• Configure omnichannel routing and workload distribution within Agentforce to balance queues and ensure responsive service levels that support organizational performance targets
• Analyze existing Salesforce and Agentforce implementations to identify bottlenecks and design enhancements that improve platform stability scalability and maintainability
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate user journeys and service requirements into detailed Agentforce features that directly support business goals
• Create and maintain technical documentation for Agentforce configurations customizations and integration logic to support maintainability and knowledge transfer across delivery teams
• Perform unit testing and support system and user acceptance testing for Agentforce features to ensure high quality deployments with minimal production incidents
• Monitor Agentforce performance metrics and usage patterns to recommend optimization strategies that improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction
• Provide production support for Agentforce solutions by analyzing incidents resolving defects and implementing preventive improvements in alignment with support processes
• Contribute to release planning and deployment activities for Salesforce and Agentforce changes ensuring smooth transitions through development staging and production environments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work model to ensure alignment across experience design security data governance and operations for all Agentforce solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new Salesforce capabilities and Agentforce features and proposing adoption approaches that create measurable business value

Qualifications

• Demonstrate hands on experience of at least three years working as a Salesforce developer with specific focus on configuring and customizing Agentforce for service centric use cases
• Apply strong skills in Apex development Lightning components and declarative configuration to deliver Agentforce solutions that are maintainable scalable and aligned with platform standards
• Use solid understanding of Salesforce data modeling workflows and security concepts to design Agentforce implementations that respect compliance requirements and protect sensitive information
• Exhibit practical experience with integration approaches such as REST based patterns and middleware tools to connect Agentforce with enterprise applications in a reliable manner
• Show capability to analyze user requirements and convert them into detailed technical designs and configuration plans that enable clear implementation of Agentforce capabilities
• Demonstrate familiarity with agile delivery practices and hybrid collaboration models that support iterative development of Agentforce features and regular feedback from stakeholders
• Display strong problem solving skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues across Agentforce configurations integrations and custom code while proposing clear remediation steps

Certifications Required

Salesforce Platform Developer certification or Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred for Agentforce focused development
