Job Summary
Sr Developer role in an MNC focused on building scalable UiPath automation solutions that streamline enterprise processes and enhance operational efficiency. The role involves owning complex robotic workflows mentoring peers in automation standards and partnering with business teams to design reliable digital workers. This position operates in a hybrid work model with day shift and no travel required.
Responsibilities
Design advanced UiPath automation workflows that transform complex business processes into efficient digital solutions while ensuring reliability and maintainability for long term enterprise use.Develop reusable UiPath components and libraries that standardize automation patterns across teams and reduce duplication of effort while improving overall quality and performance of delivered solutions.Analyze existing manual workflows with business stakeholders and translate them into detailed UiPath process designs that clearly define inputs outputs exceptions and success criteria for each automation.Configure UiPath Orchestrator settings and deployment routines to ensure robust scheduling monitoring and governance of robots across environments while maintaining strict compliance with organizational standards.Implement detailed logging exception handling and alerting within UiPath automation solutions to support effective production support rapid incident resolution and continuous improvement activities.Collaborate closely with UiPath citizen developers to review their automation designs provide practical guidance and ensure that citizen developed solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and security policies.Perform rigorous unit integration and user acceptance testing on UiPath workflows to validate functional correctness performance stability and adherence to business requirements before production release.Optimize existing UiPath automations by identifying bottlenecks improving activity usage and refining workflows to reduce execution time resource consumption and operational risk for the organization.Document end to end automation designs including process definition documents solution design documents and support runbooks to enable effective handover and ongoing maintenance by the broader technology team.Act as a trusted advisor to business teams by proposing UiPath automation opportunities that deliver measurable value support strategic goals and contribute to more accessible services for customers and communities.Provide structured mentoring to junior developers and citizen developers by sharing best practices coding standards and troubleshooting techniques that raise overall team capability in UiPath automation.Coordinate with cross functional teams in a hybrid work setting to prioritize automation backlog manage dependencies and ensure timely delivery of high impact UiPath solutions during day shift operations.
Qualifications
Demonstrate deep practical experience in designing developing and deploying UiPath automation solutions across multiple modules including studio orchestrator and relevant activities for large scale environments.Show proven hands on expertise in guiding and supporting UiPath citizen developers by reviewing their workflows offering constructive feedback and ensuring safe and sustainable automation adoption.Apply strong understanding of robotic process automation concepts process assessment criteria and exception handling strategies to deliver automations that are resilient auditable and aligned with organizational policies.Leverage solid knowledge of software development principles such as modular design version control testing and documentation to create UiPath solutions that are easy to maintain and extend over time.Use effective communication and collaboration skills to work with business analysts operations teams and other technical specialists in a hybrid work model without requiring travel while supporting day shift engagements.Demonstrate familiarity with enterprise security and compliance expectations for automation including appropriate handling of credentials data privacy and role based access configurations within UiPath tools.Exhibit strong analytical and problem solving capabilities that enable rapid diagnosis of production issues performance constraints and design flaws within UiPath workflows followed by practical remediation.
Certifications Required
UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer or equivalent UiPath professional certification
