Job Summary
Consulting Analyst role in a multinational organization focusing on data driven advisory services using advanced data models and analytics for client projects. The position requires six to eight years of experience operates in a hybrid work model with day shift and involves no travel. The analyst will partner with internal teams to deliver measurable business outcomes through insightful recommendations and structured solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyze complex client business challenges using structured consulting techniques and data models to develop actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisionsDesign scalable analytical approaches that use data models to translate business requirements into clear recommendations enhancing efficiency revenue growth and risk mitigationCollaborate with cross functional stakeholders in a hybrid work environment to gather requirements validate assumptions and align analytical outputs with agreed success criteria and timelinesDevelop detailed current state and future state process assessments supported by quantitative analysis to highlight gaps improvement opportunities and measurable benefits for client initiativesCreate clear concise and well organized consulting deliverables including presentations reports and data summaries that enable stakeholders to understand findings and act with confidencePerform rigorous data validation profiling and quality checks on diverse data sources to ensure that analytical results and data models are accurate reliable and suitable for decision makingSupport implementation of recommended solutions by providing data backed rationales defining key performance indicators and outlining monitoring approaches for ongoing performance trackingProvide guidance on the use of analytical tools and data models to internal teams helping refine methodologies standards and best practices that strengthen the consulting capability of the organizationEvaluate project risks and dependencies using structured analysis and propose mitigation approaches that safeguard timelines budget adherence and expected business outcomesContribute to internal knowledge assets by documenting repeatable consulting approaches case examples and data modeling patterns that can be reused across engagements for consistent qualityEngage in regular communication with stakeholders during day shift hours to present updates manage expectations and ensure that project progress aligns with defined scope and objectivesParticipate in hybrid working ceremonies including virtual and onsite sessions to maintain cohesion with project teams while balancing focused individual analysis workDrive continuous improvement by reviewing completed engagements identifying lessons learned and refining consulting approaches and data modeling techniques for future projects
Qualifications
Demonstrate six to eight years of consulting or analytics experience applying data models and structured problem solving to deliver clear measurable business outcomesExhibit strong proficiency in data analysis and model design using enterprise data tools allowing translation of complex datasets into meaningful patterns and business insightsShow capability in creating detailed documentation and client ready presentations that convey technical analytical results in accessible business oriented languageDisplay understanding of domain specific data structures and business processes enabling effective alignment of data models with industry practices and organizational goalsPossess experience working in hybrid environments balancing remote analytical tasks with onsite collaboration while maintaining productivity communication and accountabilityIllustrate familiarity with project methodologies and stakeholder management practices that ensure timely delivery of consulting outputs within scope and quality expectationsHighlight any exposure to advanced analytics or decision support systems that enhances the ability to recommend sophisticated yet practical data driven solutions for client needs
