Role: ServiceNow Service Graph Integration Architect-CMDB
Location: Remote
Roles and Responsibilities:
Mandatory skills: Expert: CMDB integration: Medium: ServiceNow platform, Azure, ETL, AWS
• Design the end-to-end integration architecture for CMDB data ingestion from external sources, including third-party discovery tools (Flexera, Tanium, SCCM, Qualys
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Service Graph Connectors, including ETL mapping, scheduling, error handling, and reconciliation rule tuning
• Maintain integration architecture documentation, including source system inventory, connector design specifications, data mapping matrices, and IRE rule documentation
• Architect and govern the use of ServiceNow Service Graph Connectors, selecting appropriate connectors, configuring connector data mappings,
• Design and build custom IntegrationHub spokes and flows for non-standard data ingestion pipelines
• Partner with the CMDB/CSDM Lead Architect to ensure all integration data flows support broader CMDB governance and CSDM alignment strategies
• Configure and tune the IRE (Identification and Reconciliation Engine) for new integration sources, ensuring correct CI deduplication and attribute precedence behavior
• Collaborate with enterprise integration teams such as Azure Integration Services and MuleSoft to align middleware-based data pipeline approaches
Compensation: We are offering between $90,000 – $115,000. Applications will be accepted until Oct 9, 2026.Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
