Job Summary
Cognizant TriZetto is a leading provider of healthcare technology solutions dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of healthcare organizations and professionals. TriZetto Learning Services Team provides professional training and certification services to both clients and internal teams. The Learning Services team Technical Trainers design develop and deliver training courses and workshops that meet the requirements of clients and associates in classroom virtual and self paced digital.
Responsibilities
Develop strong knowledge of Cognizant TriZetto products and services Facilitate classroom and virtual training for a variety of software products Create digital learning modules including developing content audio and video recording Develop technical and operational training curriculum including supplemental content such as job aids handouts and reference materials Review and revise existing training curriculum making recommendations for improvement when appropriate Research develop and validate operational procedures for a variety for client specific business processes Collaborate with team members and clients to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders Perform various corporate and training related administrative duties.
Certifications Required
No certifications required for this role. However bachelor degree is required.
