Design and optimize enterprise scale Kinaxis based supply chain planning solutions for a global organization ensuring robust demand and supply synchronization high system performance and reliable data integrity while collaborating closely with cross functional business stakeholders in a hybrid work model to deliver measurable value and operational resilience.
Responsibilities
Design end to end Kinaxis RapidResponse supply planning solutions that align with enterprise supply chain strategies and support scalable global operationsArchitect robust data models and planning configurations in Kinaxis that ensure accurate demand and supply visibility across multiple business units and regionsCoordinate with business stakeholders to translate complex planning scenarios into Kinaxis based workflows that improve service levels and inventory performanceOptimize planning heuristics and algorithms within Kinaxis to enhance forecast accuracy capacity alignment and material availability for critical product linesDefine integration patterns between Kinaxis and upstream as well as downstream applications to support seamless data flow and timely planning updatesReview existing supply planning processes and identify transformation opportunities that leverage Kinaxis capabilities to reduce cycle times and planning effortGuide implementation teams on Kinaxis configuration standards and best practices to maintain consistency reusability and long term maintainability of the solutionConduct detailed impact assessments for change requests in Kinaxis to safeguard system stability performance and regulatory or compliance requirementsOversee performance tuning and monitoring activities for Kinaxis environments to ensure reliable response times and high availability for business usersDevelop comprehensive design documentation solution diagrams and configuration guides that support knowledge sharing and future enhancements in KinaxisCollaborate with data and analytics teams to enable meaningful dashboards and supply planning insights that support informed executive decision makingMentor junior planners and technical analysts in the effective use of Kinaxis to solve real world planning challenges and to follow structured problem solving practicesPartner with operations and procurement teams to ensure Kinaxis supply plans drive tangible improvements in customer satisfaction working capital and waste reduction
Qualifications
Possess extensive hands on experience in Kinaxis Fundamentals and Kinaxis Supply planning with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise implementationsHold strong knowledge of supply chain planning concepts such as demand planning distribution planning capacity planning and inventory optimization in large organizationsDemonstrate practical experience configuring Kinaxis planning workbooks what if scenarios alerts and supply planning workbenches for diverse business processesShow proficiency in data modeling data quality management and integration concepts relevant to Kinaxis deployments across multiple source and target systemsDisplay familiarity with hybrid work environments collaborating effectively with distributed teams and stakeholders in virtual and on site settings during day shiftsApply advanced problem solving skills to diagnose planning exceptions resolve data inconsistencies and propose sustainable improvements in Kinaxis configurationsExhibit strong communication and presentation capabilities to explain complex Kinaxis design decisions to technical teams and non technical business partnersUtilize experience of fifteen to nineteen years in supply chain or planning technology roles to provide mature judgment and practical guidance during critical project phases
Certifications Required
Kinaxis RapidResponse Author or equivalent Kinaxis certification preferred additional supply chain or planning certifications such as APICS CPIM are an advantage
