Working closely with business, operations, compliance and technology stakeholders, you will help ensure that solutions align with operational needs, servicing obligations and regulatory expectations.

In this role, you will

  • Provide guidance on registration, ownership maintenance, securities transfers, redemption processing, reconciliation, reporting, recordkeeping and customer servicing.
  • Apply expertise across the administration and servicing lifecycles of government securities, public-sector debt instruments and other fixed-income products.
  • Facilitate requirements discussions and help translate complex operational needs into clear business requirements, workflows, process models and solution considerations.
  • Assist with the interpretation and application of regulatory, operational and servicing requirements affecting securities administration and ownership recordkeeping.
  • Support requirements reviews, process assessments, testing activities and solution-validation efforts to confirm alignment with business and operational needs.
  • Review project deliverables, workflows, operating procedures, functional requirements and process documentation for consistency with industry practices and servicing obligations.
  • Advise stakeholders on operational controls, exception management, reconciliation processes, customer-servicing considerations and risk-mitigation practices.
  • Support user acceptance testing through scenario reviews, operational validation, defect discussions and business-readiness activities.
  • Use working knowledge of SQL to support data analysis, reconciliation, validation and issue investigation when required.
  • Contribute practical recommendations and industry expertise during stakeholder meetings, workshops and client discussions.
  • Communicate complex fixed-income, securities-servicing and operational concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences.
  • Work independently on assigned advisory activities while collaborating closely with program leadership and project stakeholders.
  • Consistently demonstrate the Cognizant Way through strong client focus, collaboration, accountability and delivery excellence.
