Cognizant is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician for a full-time opportunity in Santa Clara, CA
Responsibilities:
· The Audio-Visual technician (AV)is responsible for end user computing support, including configuration, troubleshooting, setup, and maintenance of conference room and AV systems.
· The role will support critical executive and director-level meetings, video conferencing, IP phones, iPads, and AV devices such as Neat Boards, Neat Pads, and Neat Bars.
Qualifications
· 5 plus years of experience with AV support including configuration, troubleshooting, setup and maintenance.
Experience with Executive meeting and conference room support including critical meetings, events and Ad hoc AV support.
· Mac & Windows End User Computing Support – hardware, software and OS troubleshooting.
· Experience with AV Devices – Neat Board, Neat Pad, Neat Bar, IP Phones and iPads
The base salary range for this role is between $64,000 and $74,000 depending on skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applications will be accepted until 11/11/2026.
