Spanish Speaking Accounts Receivables Specialist

You can expect to:

· Collaborate and communicate with the external client to ensure high level of process quality related to the client’s services and production

· Review of statements of accounts from brokers/third parties

· Allocate of received cash

· Investigate of mismatches in received information

· Raise payments

· Manage correspondence and documentation

· Participate in different projects contributing for process improvement

· Participate in learning sessions and training new joiners about work types and processes

· Prepare of reports and analysis

We expect You to:

· Have good spoken and written Spanish (B2/C1) and English languages

· Have good analytical skills

· Have good communication and time management skills

· Be customer focus and have positive attitude

· Have working experience with MS Excel as this would be considered as an advantage

· Have experience in Finance/Insurance field and/or related studies would be an advantage
