REQUISITOS:

Experiencia en banca, conocimiento en metodologías ágiles,
Experiencia con herramientas de gestión de proyectos ágiles (Jira, Confluence)
Experiencia en proyectos Canales Asistidos (fundamentalmente en Contact Center más que en oficina) y nivel alto de inglés ( C1): interacciones con clientes (voz, chat, mail, Branch, whatsapp), asistentes virtuales, posición global del cliente, contact center
Experiencia en definición de procesos de Payments
Nice to have: Experiencia con CRM Dynamics o Genesys Cloud
Experiencia en proyectos internacionales
