Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Process Executive for our B&L team with 0 to 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in MS Excel and a keen interest in customer verification and service within the mortgage domain. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a dynamic and supportive environment.


Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and management tasks using MS Excel to ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
  • Assist in the verification of customer details for mortgage loans to maintain data integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to mortgage services.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and track the status of mortgage applications to ensure timely completion.
  • Generate reports and summaries using MS Excel to support decision-making processes.
  • Conduct regular audits of data to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Support the team in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and industry trends.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders to provide clear and concise information.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide feedback to management on potential areas for improvement in processes and customer service.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and reporting.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry and management.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Show a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have a basic understanding of customer verification processes in the mortgage domain (nice to have).
  • Display a customer-centric attitude with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Be willing to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as needed.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

  • Certifications Required

    Certification in MS Excel or related data management tools is preferred.
