Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience specializing in SFDC Development and Customization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Data SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role requires proficiency in Multi Channel domain skills. The work model is hybrid with day shifts and no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the implementation of Salesforce DevOPS processes to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
  • Provide expertise in SFDC Data management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of SFDC Lightning components to enhance user experience.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • Configure Salesforce settings to align with organizational needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers to maintain code quality.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to continuously improve solutions.
  • Document all development and configuration activities for future reference and auditing purposes.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions.

  • Possess strong experience in SFDC Development and Customization.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS processes and tools.
  • Have a deep understanding of SFDC Data management and best practices.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining SFDC Lightning components.
  • Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Integration with other systems.
  • Be adept at SFDC Configuration to meet business needs.
  • Have experience in the Multi Channel domain.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Possess strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Be capable of conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features.
  • Have a track record of documenting development activities.
