Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in US Mortgage Cash operations. This role requires working from the office during night shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Cash reviews loans to ensure balance are cleared appropriately
  • Cash reviews the lockout code and the description of the code and takes necessary actions
  • based on the code description

  • Utilize advanced MS Excel skills to analyze and report data effectively.
  • Upon receiving the request cash processes the request on loan level to the accounts per the

  • Demonstrate knowledge in payment processing for mortgage loans.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Display strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Have effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Be capable of working efficiently in a night shift environment.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years and a maximum of 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified MS Excel Specialist Mortgage Loan Processing Certification (preferred)
