Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 7 years of experience in Middleware Development Firmware Development Android and C++. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of our software solutions ensuring high performance and responsiveness.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain middleware and firmware components to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Android applications that meet user requirements.
  • Utilize C++ to develop high-performance software solutions that are reliable and efficient.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the developed software.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for middleware and firmware issues.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development processes.
  • Document software designs development processes and technical specifications for future reference.
  • Optimize software performance and ensure scalability to meet the growing demands of the business.
  • Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that align with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with coding standards and security protocols to protect sensitive data.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the development team.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Middleware Development and Firmware Development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Android development and C++ programming.
  • Show strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Have experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Nice to have experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Show a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Have a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Show a passion for technology and a drive to stay updated with the latest advancements in the field.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
