PLease check for between 19 to 24 and solid foundation in Data Analytics and one Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Managing skills. That should be it

Primary Skills:

  • Experience with any cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Implementation experience of various Data Management projects but not limited to Data platform Modernization, data lake, lake house, data mesh implementation, data virtualization, migration, advanced use-cases – handling,streaming, unstructured data, Gen AI integration.
  • Manage the full life cycle of a large Data Lake / Lake house / Data mesh implementation from Discovery; assessment, architectural alignment ; design, define standards, and best practices, guide architects; team
  • during implementation and Deployment
  • Excellent understanding of various architectural patterns to ingest, and process data from batch and streaming data sources.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases

Secondary Skills:

  • P&L responsibility including Budgeting, Forecasting and Financial Reporting for Data & AI Projects and Programs

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of Data & AI projects and programs across multiple accounts.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale data and AI projects with a strong technical background.
  • Develop and implement Data strategies that align with Business Objectives and drive value for clients.
  • Oversee the Design, Development, and Deployment of advanced data analytics solutions, including machine learning models, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership on data and analytics best practices, including data governance, data quality, and data security.
  • Manage and mentor a team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in data and analytics processes.
  • Take ownership of P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the Data & AI projects and programs.
  • Drive cost optimization and efficiency in project execution to maximize profitability.
