Job Summary
We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have domain expertise in Utilities and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Consulting Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing data providing insights and supporting our clients in the Utilities sector.
Responsibilities
- Must have skills: Experience of working in a Utility company or Utilities domain consultant in IT services/Consulting companies
- Must have skills: Thorough functional understanding of any of the leading work and asset management products (Maximo, CGI ARM, Salesforce FSL etc.)
- Must have skills: Good knowledge of Asset and Work Management principles and concept, Reliability centered maintenance (RCM), Preventive Maintenance (PM), Incident, Procurement, Inventory, Labor etc.
- Strong documentation skills. Create a business requirements document, functional specification, user stories, requirement traceability matrix, customer journeys
- Expert in process mapping and gap analysis
- Excellent communication skills – Ability to create presentations and facilitate meetings/workshops with business/technical team members
- Must have good customer engagement and management skills
- Ability to research industry trends and support to shape innovative ideas and opinions for practice thought leaders
- Good have the knowledge/experience of agile methodologies of project delivery
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in data analysis and business consulting
- Have extensive experience in the Utilities industry.
- Exhibit excellent communication and presentation skill.
- Have a proven track record of successful project delivery
- Display strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
