Job Summary

We are seeking a Performance Analyst with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Appdynamics Java and LoadRunner. Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze and monitor application performance using Appdynamics to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
  • Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner to identify bottlenecks and performance issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimize Java applications for better performance and scalability.
  • Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Oversee the implementation of performance improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Conduct root cause analysis of performance issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
  • Ensure that performance testing aligns with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update performance testing documentation and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of performance testing strategies and plans.
  • Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and technologies.
  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization efforts for various applications.
  • Support the continuous improvement of performance testing processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate performance testing results and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in using Appdynamics for application performance monitoring.
  • Have expertise in developing and executing performance tests using LoadRunner.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for performance optimization.
  • Experience in the Telecom domain is a plus.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Show ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have excellent communication skills to convey technical information effectively.
  • Be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing performance issues.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in performance testing.
  • Have a solid understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
  • Be able to create comprehensive performance analysis reports.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

    Certified LoadRunner Professional AppDynamics Certified Implementation Professional
