Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Manager-Fin Ops with 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and statutory reporting preparing financial statements and record to report accounting. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive financial operations and ensure accurate reporting.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial operations team to ensure efficient and accurate financial processes.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of MSD365 F&O systems.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on financial operations and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the record to report accounting process ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance internal controls.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on financial performance.
  • Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the financial operations team.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment promoting professional development.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have 10 to 14 years of experience in Finance & Ops (MSD365 F&O).
  • Should have strong knowledge of management and statutory reporting.
  • Should have experience in preparing financial statements.
  • Should have expertise in record to report accounting.
  • Nice to have experience in management and statutory reporting.

  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
