Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience in Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Case Management. The ideal candidate will have domain experience in Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Pega applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Pega solutions.
  • Ensure the integration of Pega applications with existing systems and databases.
  • Optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Pega applications.
  • Create and maintain documentation for Pega applications and processes.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment.
  • Implement Pega Case Management to streamline business processes.
  • Enhance user experience by designing intuitive Pega interfaces.
  • Utilize Pega Data and Integration skills to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address their needs and requirements.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and industry trends.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Pega Platform Pega Application Development Pega Data and Integration Pega User Experience and Pega Case Management.
  • Have domain experience in Payer.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing Pega solutions.
  • Have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSA) or equivalent certification.
