We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting Google as a Partner Expertise Content Creator
Overview
The Partner Expertise initiative helps Google’s partners showcase their skills in key solution areas (technology, product, or industry). With over 100+ designations available, Google seeks support in streamlining onboarding, application reviews, requirement vetting, support triage, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities
• Program Management: Oversee the Partner Expertise initiative, ensuring smooth operations, data analysis, and process improvements.
• Communication & Coordination: Manage internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, program calendars, and meetings.
• Process & Documentation: Maintain documentation, standardize organizational practices, and update resources related to Partner Expertise.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data, track key metrics, and support decision-making through dashboards and reports.
• Escalation & Support: Handle partner queries, manage application processes, and collaborate with SMEs for expertise validation.
• Content & Resource Development: Create and update program materials, including designation lists, guidelines, and internal documentation.
Skills & Qualifications
• Functional Skills:
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of the partner ecosystem and cloud/enterprise products (preferred)
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with project management and content development
• Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite, and MS Office
• Stakeholder management and process improvement
• Experience:
• 5+ years working in IT, software or industry related fields, with at least 2 years in the partner ecosystem
• Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s in marketing, Sales, IT, or related fields (MBA preferred)
Success Metrics
• Efficient onboarding and pipeline management
• Successful market coverage for key partner segments
• Effective program operations, reporting, and administration
• Alignment of Expertise designations with new product/solution areas
• Timely issue resolution and continuous documentation updates
