Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Infra Developer with 11 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery ServiceNow Performance Analytics ServiceNow Security Operations and ServiceNow ITSM. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of infrastructure development and the ability to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery to enhance workplace efficiency and productivity.
  • Implement and optimize ServiceNow Performance Analytics to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making processes.
  • Ensure robust security measures by leveraging ServiceNow Security Operations to protect the organizations data and assets.
  • Manage and streamline IT service management processes through ServiceNow ITSM to deliver high-quality IT services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy infrastructure solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring best practices are followed in infrastructure development.
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits of infrastructure systems to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools into the existing infrastructure to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes ensuring clear and comprehensive guidelines are available.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Lead the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in infrastructure development to continuously improve the organizations capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery and its application in enhancing workplace services.
  • Demonstrate expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics with the ability to provide valuable insights for decision-making.
  • Have extensive experience in ServiceNow Security Operations ensuring the protection of organizational data and assets.
  • Show proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM managing and optimizing IT service management processes effectively.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues promptly.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
