Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Einstein Prediction Builder Einstein Next Best Action Einstein Discovery SFDC TCRM Service Cloud Einstein Sales Cloud Einstein SFDC Data and SFDC Configuration. The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of solutions using Einstein Prediction Builder to enhance predictive analytics capabilities.
  • Oversee the integration of Einstein Next Best Action to optimize customer interactions and business processes.
  • Provide expertise in Einstein Discovery to deliver actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage the configuration and deployment of SFDC TCRM to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
  • Utilize Service Cloud Einstein to improve customer service operations and enhance user experience.
  • Implement Sales Cloud Einstein to drive sales performance and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Ensure the integrity and quality of SFDC Data through meticulous data management practices.
  • Configure and customize SFDC applications to meet business requirements and improve system functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT consulting and analytics solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements to maintain clear and comprehensive records.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have 8-10 years of experience in relevant technical skills including Einstein Prediction Builder Einstein Next Best Action Einstein Discovery SFDC TCRM Service Cloud Einstein Sales Cloud Einstein SFDC Data and SFDC Configuration.
  • Nice to have experience in IT Consulting and Analytics to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
  • Must be proficient in English with strong reading writing and speaking skills.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
  • Must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
