Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will provide expert analysis and insights to drive financial strategies and optimize accounting processes. This role requires a deep understanding of financial principles and the ability to apply them to real-world business scenarios.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends variances and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Provide detailed financial analysis and reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Evaluate and improve existing accounting processes and systems.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial plans.
  • Conduct financial audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business performance.
  • Provide recommendations for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Show expertise in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Display a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Have a strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Be capable of managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and solving financial issues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
