Senior Process Executive - CHD

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in MS Office and Customer Service. Experience in Supply Chain Analt-Retail and Order management-Retail is a plus. This hybrid role involves rotational shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to manage and document customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless order management processes.
  • Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement best practices in customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and track order status to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of retail order management systems.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to supervisors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay current with industry trends.
  • Support team members in achieving departmental goals.

  • Possess strong proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Have experience in supply chain analysis and order management in the retail sector.
  • Exhibit strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Display flexibility to work rotational shifts.
  • Maintain a proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
