Summary:
The Platinum Segment hiring process is structured to ensure we attract and onboard top-tier talent with the right expertise, communication skills, and operational readiness to meet the demands of high-value clients. The hiring process will be divided into three rounds, each focusing on different core aspects to assess the candidate’s suitability for the role.
Experience:
· Minimum 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically managing Ads campaigns and Platforms (pMax, DV360, SA360, CM360, Platforms Billing).
· Proven track record in client relationship management, particularly with high-value/Platinum clients.
· Strong background in working with digital marketing tools, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Technical Knowledge:
· In-depth understanding of Ads & platforms and tools ( Ads, DV360, SA360, pMax, CM360, Apps).
· Familiarity with platform billing processes and key digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.
· Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and drive campaign optimizations.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.
· Troubleshooting abilities to address complex issues in high-stakes client environments.
Collaboration:
· Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams like product, engineering, and customer support.
· Ability to thrive in a 24/7 operational environment, with flexibility to work in shifts as required.
· Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently, particularly in a 24/7 operational environment.
