Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Hardware Engineer with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hardware processors hardware chips digital logic design and hardware architecture. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Design and develop hardware components including processors and chips to meet project specifications and performance goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware architecture and ensure seamless integration with other system components.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of hardware designs to ensure reliability and performance standards are met.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of digital logic designs ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware issues implementing effective solutions to maintain system integrity.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in hardware technology and incorporate relevant innovations into design processes.
  • Develop detailed documentation for hardware designs including schematics diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the hardware development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance overall project quality.
  • Optimize hardware designs for cost performance and manufacturability balancing various project constraints.
  • Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production and assembly of hardware components.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of hardware development processes identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in hardware processors hardware chips digital logic design and hardware architecture.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in hardware design tools and software with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware issues.
  • Show a keen understanding of industry standards and regulations related to hardware development.
  • Display strong communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a proven track record of successful hardware projects showcasing technical expertise and innovation.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Hardware Design Engineer (CHDE) or equivalent certification in hardware design and development.
