Role: Production Support - Technical Lead
Location: Atlanta, Georgia
Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for “Production Support - Technical Lead” to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are looking for an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
· We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Support Tech Lead with min 6-8 years of experience in supporting Java, Spring Boot applications with good hands-on skills on MSSQL.
· The candidate must have experience working on tools Dynatrace, Splunk, Gitlab/CICD. Experience working in OneSpan/DocuCLM is an added advantage.
· The candidate will oversee and ensure day to day project deliverables are taken care with strong technical and problem solving skills.
· Organize stand up meetings as a Scrum lead to plan and execute the deliverables, track progress.
· Ability to drive major incidents towards resolution, good collaboration skills with offshore and other dependent teams including delivery Business and product owners.
· This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to lead a team effectively being a good mentor to the team.
Salary and Other Compensation:
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
