Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Google Dialog Flow CX and ES and a strong understanding of data governance. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our projects and help us achieve our goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Google Dialog Flow CX and ES to ensure seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement conversational AI solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the integration of data governance practices within the development process.
  • Ensure the quality and performance of applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into development.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across projects.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other relevant parties.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive successful project outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience with Google Dialog Flow CX and ES.
  • Should possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must have a solid understanding of data governance principles and practices.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Nice to have experience in data governance domain to enhance project outcomes.
  • Must be able to adapt to a hybrid work model and manage time efficiently.
  • Should have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with new technologies.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Must be able to provide mentorship and support to junior team members.
  • Should have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a similar role.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Should have a passion for technology and a desire to make a positive impact on society.
