Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 6 years of experience in CA Spectrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of projects ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of CA Spectrum solutions. This role requires a hybrid work model and operates during day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of CA Spectrum solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Oversee the integration of CA Spectrum with other systems and tools to enhance overall network monitoring capabilities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to resolve complex issues and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards in the deployment and management of CA Spectrum.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system health and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to proactively identify and address potential issues.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to build technical expertise within the team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures in the management of CA Spectrum.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools to enhance team productivity and system reliability.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical expertise in CA Spectrum with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Show proficiency in system integration and network monitoring tools.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and performance tuning.
  • Display the ability to mentor and train junior team members.
  • Possess a strong understanding of security policies and procedures in system management.
