Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in IICS to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications. This role requires working from the office during day shifts and does not require travel. The Sr. Developer will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software applications using IICS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Document technical specifications and project details.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in IICS.
  • Should have a minimum of 6 years and a maximum of 9 years of relevant experience.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Should have a good understanding of software development life cycle.
  • Must be proficient in code versioning tools.
  • Should have experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Nice to have experience in other ETL tools.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Should have a bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
